Cross Section Records was originally formed by Lorraine Burrell to promote the production & dj skills of Chris Simmonds & his close music friends in 1994. The label  has a strong reputation for bringing quality house music to the forefront from the UK and is vey  much respected & supported today as it always has been by most of the top underground djs & real house music freaks around the world.

Sadly in the summer of 2007 we lost our leading lady Lorraine to cancer unexpectedly which means Chris has taken the reigns now after a long break. We miss our .."Diamond.." Lorraine, known to her family & close friends as .."Lolly.." the eternal party girl. R.I.P.
